Orders are typically processed in 5-7 business days from when you place your order.
- Made to Order Tools and Hammers are processed and shipped in 3-4 weeks, please see the item description for more information concerning lead times.
**Orders are not processed on or during holidays so please be away that ordering on/during those dates may incur additional lead times. Especially around a Thanksgiving, Christmas and New Years**
- Custom Cutlery carries a lead time that varies, but customers can expect a 30-60 day lead time on custom knife orders.
Please note leading up to holidays, I try to process orders more often, but with heavy order volumes, processing times may increase, customers will be notified via email of any delay in the processing of their order.
You can log into your account at any time and check the status of your order at anytime.
All orders are shipped via USPS or UPS, depending on which carrier and method you select at checkout. Transit times stated by the carrier are not guaranteed by Water Oak Forge, nor is damage or loss of items in transit. If insured, Water Oak Forge will assist the customer in replacement or reimbursement of loss item(s) by the shipper. Water Oak Forge will not replace, reimburse or refund any items delivered by the carrier that are left on a porch, common mail room or any receiver/signer from a person other than the recipient on the label under any circumstances.
**Don't let valuable items be left with strangers, on porches or in a common mail room. If in doubt, request that we have you sign for your package.**
Shipping information is sent automatically when your order is processed and shipping label generated, please allow 24-48 hours for the carrier make tracking information available. This information will be provided via email, and can also be check by logging into your account and checking your order status.
